Robin Uthappa, a KKR and batsman, saw Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moin Ali leave early while the Chennai Super Kings were 36/2 in their seventh over. Shivam Dubey, an RR cancellation, joins Uthappa and the pair play a few over spin, CSK touching 60/2 at half mark.
CSK vs RCB Live: Dubey then started the attack and brought a lot of hits to increase the scoring and soon Uthappa joined as they took the attack to the spinners. Faf du Plessis changes things to bring momentum with Mohammad Siraj and Akash Deep, but the CSK batsmen continue to chase the boundary, the latter taking some serious punishment with 50 runs in his four overs.

Uthappa and Dubey both hit their half-centuries and then crossed their 100-run partnership, eventually scoring 165 for the 3rd wicket, the biggest partnership of the season. Uthappa scored a career-best 88, with Shivam Dubey unbeaten on 95 as CSK scored 216 in their 20 overs, the highest score in IPL 2022.
