The Delhi Capitals have been hit by fears of a coveted outbreak and have canceled today’s scheduled tour to Pune ahead of their next IPL 2022 match. They will be quarantined in their homes with the door-to-door Covid-19 test scheduled for today and tomorrow.

Team physio Patrick Farhart was sidelined after a positive test. It is understood that another player has now tested positive for the Rapid Antigen Test and further RT-PCR tests will be performed to confirm the results.

The Capitals are scheduled to play against the Punjab Kings in Pune on Wednesday (April 20). Their next step is being discussed with the BCCI.
