Warne died in March of this year which shocked the entire cricket community. He was 53 years old and died of a suspected heart attack in Thailand.

The legendary Australian spinner was the first captain of the Rajasthan Royals franchise and led the team to victory in the inaugural edition of the IPL in 2008. In his memory, the franchise decided to pay tribute to him on Saturday.
The franchise said Warne’s brother, Jason, would also be part of the celebration as he accepted an invitation from the Jaipur-based party. A special area of the DY Patil Stadium has also been turned into the Shane Warne Tribute Gallery, where all ticketed fans can see and experience.
