Sunhock returns to its original form: As previously mentioned in the 2022 Dev Plan, the bootcamp lobster-shaped building, docks, ruins, quarry and original jungle themes are all back on the map, with Sanhak returning to its original appearance. Considering community sentiment following the map update in 2020, the team decided to redesign much of Sanhok, removing loot trucks, decoy grenades and jammer packs to help bring it closer to the original map.

New Ranked Season: Update 17.1 introduces a new Ranked Season, which means that all rewards earned in Rank Season 16 will be automatically added to players’ inventory once Rank Season 17 begins. Once Season 17 is over and the server goes through maintenance, every prize except the parachute skin will be removed from the inventory.

New Weapons – ACE32: Another 7.62mm weapon joins the fold at 17.1! With the current AR weapons pool lacking a 7.62mm weapon versus a 5.56mm weapon, it would be easier to control than a low-recoil ACE32 barrel M762. The latest weapons will be available to players across all maps.

Strategic gear adjustment: With 17.1, the tactical pack will no longer be able to store other tactical gear (drones, EMT gear, and spotter scope).
