IPL 2022: After his quickfire performance, he credits old West Indian Brian Lara, who has been part of the SRH coaching staff this season, for changing fortunes.
Speaking on one side, Puran said, “Brian here, you can’t have a good batting conversation with him, he’s helping me tremendously, not just me, a lot of youngsters on the team. You can also see progress as a batting unit. The first over – it was wrong for us, but after saying that, I felt that we really limited them. Dropped catch – this is something we need to do. The 160-odd on that wicket was great and all our bowlers played their part.“

IPL 2022 Playoffs: Eden Gardens will host the playoffs and IPL 2022 finals in Ahmedabad, BCCI.

SRH loses GT highlights in IPL 2022: Chasing 163 for victory against Hardik Pandya’s GT, SRH comfortably completed the target with 5 balls to spare and eight wickets in hand. “We as a batting group wanted to partner with learning from our mistakes in the past. It was challenging because it was two-speed. Slower balls would stick to the wicket. We just needed a partnership, don’t do anything stupid and stay there in the end. I try to improve every day of training and playing“Puran added.
Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya has admitted that Sunrisers were 162 at least 10 runs short of a par-score against Hyderabad, who chased down the target after losing just two wickets in an IPL match on Monday. It was the first defeat of the Gujarat Titans after winning three matches in a row in their first appearance in the IPL.
“I think in terms of batting we were 7-10 runs short, it would have made a difference in the end. We started well with the ball, but in those two overs where they scored 30, they came back into the game.Hardik said after the match.
