Djokovic and Alkaraj in the same quarter
Novak Djokovic is the number one pick in the tournament and has been placed in the first quarter of the draw. He got a bye in the first round and will face either Davidovich Fokina or Marcos Giron in the first round.
In the same quarter, another top pick was 18-year-old Spanish sensation Carlos Alcaraz. Alcaraz has also received a farewell and will begin his campaign against Sebastian Corda or the boutique Van de Jundsculop. With Djokovic and Alcaraz likely to meet in the quarter-finals, expectations for the tournament have already begun.

Caspar Rudd ahead in the second quarter
Caspar Rudd, who was runner-up at the Miami Open, finished fourth in Monte Carlo and is ahead in the second quarter. He will play directly in the second round and is likely to face Aslan Karatsev in his opening fight.
Meanwhile, Cameron Norie, the seventh pick, is the next big seed in the same quarter. Other players selected in the draw include 11th seed Hubert Harkaz and 15th seed Nicolas Basilashvili. Hubert Hurkaz will face Gayle Monfils in the first round, where Basilashvili will play Gregor Dimitrov.

Stefanos Sitcipus in a relatively easy draw
Defending champion Stefanos Sitcipas, picked third and is leading in the third quarter. This draw looks relatively simple. Seatsipas could face the winner in the second round between Fabio Fognini and Arthur Rinderconch. He will likely meet Felix Agar Aliasim in the quarterfinals. Aliasim has been selected sixth and will face one of Benoit Pyre and Lorenzo Musetti in his opening match.

Zaverev, Rublev and Cena in the same quarter
World No. 2 Alexander Zaverev enters the tournament as the second pick and he finds himself in a complicated draw that also includes upcoming stars Andy Rublev and Janic Cinar. Rublev and Cena both finished fifth and ninth, respectively. When Cena faced Borna Koric in the first round, Rublev got a bye and could probably face Alex de Minor in his first round. In the second round, Xavier will face either Qualifier or Federico Delbonis.
