How was the first three weeks of IPL 2022?
The rating dropped 33% in the 1st week of IPL live broadcast. In the 2nd week, the IPL rating dropped by 26% compared to last year. Even in the third week of IPL, the rating was below par.
The BCCIO was concerned about the declining number of visitors.

“It simply came to our notice then. IPL rating is below par. The rating has never been so low. This is about 20-30% less and imagine we paid 25% more than the last rate.
