CSA T20 League: Why is the CSA T20 League an IPL contender?

The league kicks off in January, with the top three teams playing each other in double rounds in six privately held franchises before advancing to the playoffs.
Moseki stressed that this is a brand new event and that South Africa has a lot of talent that will benefit from being published in the franchise league. He said leagues and teams have created a sustainable business model with a healthy compensation bill to attract top local and foreign players.
