To ensure the safety of the players and other participants involved in the tournament, Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa and DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai have been announced as three venues that will welcome some bright emerging talents. In addition to host India, six countries – Brazil, Chile, China PR, Colombia, Japan and New Zealand – have so far confirmed their participation and will be in the draw on June 24. With 16 teams competing in the tournament, the spot is still up for grabs. The tournament will be held from 11 to 30 October.
