KKR vs 1000 IPL runs missed – Warner could have added one more feather to the cap, if he had scored 24 more. If Warner had scored 85 or more, he could have scored 1000 runs against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Warner enjoyed the game against the two-time champions and was determined before being caught by Umesh Yadav in the 17th over.

Missing piece in the puzzle – The Delhi Capitals were absent in a proven opening partnership because Tim Sefert was agreed before Warner arrived. Seifert has scored 31 runs in his two games and has not been able to give a strong performance and has finally paid the price.
