Here are three teams that Hamilton could join if he left Mercedes:
1. Red Bull – The Red Bulls have a fast car on the grid this year but their reliability issues have been their downfall. Max Verstappen had to retire twice from just three races. If the Red Bulls get on top of their problems, they must be one of the fastest teams in the grid. Verstapen recently signed a new contract with Red Bull that will allow him to drive until 2028. Although Sergio Perez has a long-term contract, Hamilton’s potential availability could change their plans.
2. Ferrari – Ferrari, on the other hand, are a team that has not had any problems so far in the 2022 season. Looks like they have the right knowledge about F1-75 cars. Their car is fast enough on the straight path that no one can catch them and it also shows up on the track. Charles has a contract with Ferrari until 2024 Carlos Sange, meanwhile, has a deal with Ferrari later this year, and this is something that F1 fans will follow with keen interest.

3. Alpine – The third team on the list for Hamilton is Alpine. So far this season, they haven’t shown any signs of speeding, but things could change for the better in Formula 1. Alpine has a contract with Esteban Oakon until 2024 and Fernando Alonso until the end of this year. Although the Red Bull and Ferrari have a lot of fast cars, the Alpine can blend themselves.
